§ 12.5. Election commission.

An Election Commission, consisting of the Clerk, the Assessor, and the Treasurer, is hereby created. The Commission shall have all the powers and perform all of the duties granted to and required of election commissions by law. In any case where election procedure is in doubt, the Election Commission shall prescribe the procedure to follow. The compensation of all election personnel shall be determined by the Council.
